Subscription policy
Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or trial before purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases. Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries. These depend on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment information is stored securely. You'll be billed for each delivery unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it. When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon. We may not collect payment or may only collect a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that hasn't yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. When you purchase an item to try out, we authorize your payment method before processing the order. You have a limited time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the deadline passes and you haven't returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount. Cancellation policy for purchase options
1. Order cancellations
Cancelling an order is only as long as possible, how the order will change not being processed or shipped is located.
Once an order has been placed:

individualized

packaged or

handed over to the shipping service provider
was, is a Cancellation not possible.
2. Custom-made and customized products
Products that are specially made, customized, or produced according to customer specifications (e.g., special prints, limited editions, bulk orders) are excluded from cancellation, provided that production has already started.
3. Cancellation after shipment
Once the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, only the provisions of the statutory right of withdrawal apply (if applicable).
4. Right of withdrawal for consumers:
Consumers have the right – where provided for by law – to within 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons.
The right of withdrawal does not exist at:

custom-made or personalized products
-
Goods that were produced specifically for the customer
The customer bears the return shipping costs – unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund
In the event of a justified cancellation or withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded via the originally used payment method, at the latest within [timeframe]. 14 days after receipt of the return or cancellation confirmation.
