Returns must reach us within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn. Unfortunately, items that are damaged, soiled, or have been demonstrably worn cannot be refunded.
If possible, please use the original packaging for the return shipment.
Please note that as a small company we cannot offer free returns.
My order is defective – what should I do?
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately by email.
Together we will surely find a suitable and uncomplicated solution.
