Returns must be made within 14 days be returned to us after receipt.
You are free to choose the shipping service provider for the return.
We recommend that you use a tracking number, as we cannot accept liability for lost packages.
The items must be in their original condition – unworn, undamaged and clean.
Products that have been damaged, soiled, or visibly worn cannot be refunded.
Please use the original packaging for the return if possible.
Please note that as a small company we no free returns can offer.
Consignments without postage paid will not be accepted or the fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
Once approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
