How can I return my order?

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
As a small company, we can currently no free returns You are free to choose the shipping provider – however, we recommend using a tracking number to track your shipment.

Return period
Returns must be made within 14 days after we receive the goods.

  • Conditions for returns
    The items must be in their original condition.
  • All products must be unworn, undamaged and clean.
  • Worn, damaged or soiled items are not eligible for refund.
  • If possible, please use the original packaging for your return.

Important:
Postage-paid packages (shipments without sufficient postage) will not be accepted or the refund will be reduced by the applicable fees.

Exchange
If the size doesn't fit you, please simply place a new order through our online shop. Unfortunately, direct exchanges are currently not possible.
